Poor Service, Huge Bag, but Good Lookin'
My mother ordered this bag as a gift from our Amazon registry. Unfortunately, she didn't foresee the headaches that would ensue with the company that fulfills these orders through Amazon. It took over three months for the bag to arrive and calls to the company were laborious and time consuming. That said, it is a cute bag.

However, as other reviewers have mentioned, it is huge. It's not useful as a day to day baby accessory unless you're one of those "giant purse" moms who has to carry everything with you at all times (and I can't imagine carrying this alongside a giant purse). I imagine that it would hold about 2 average-sized bowling balls with plenty of room at the top for your infant's daily needs.

Oh yes, and the zipper broke the first day of use (and no, I wasn't carrying the aforementioned bowling balls). All in all, I wouldn't buy it again.
Cute but HUGE & FLOPPY
This is a cute bag, but I must have measured wrong, because when it came I thought it looked absolutely enormous- I could definitely fit my 1 yo and a week's worth of stuff in it! The mannequin holding it in the photo must be a giant. Also, the photos online are deceiving in terms of the bag's structure- it is not at all stiff and does not stand up on it's own. Bummer because that's the whole reason I bought it, since my other always fell over. Unfortunately I think I'll end up putting this one in the closet until I have a big trip to go on when I can fill it up. Just too big for daily use.
Nice size, lots of compartments, good quality
We are first time parents and purchased this bag ahead of time so we could use it to pack for the hospital. We were first impressed by the nice size of the bag...it's perfect for carrying all that you need to with a baby...and it's stylish. There are tons of compartments and different kinds of compartments, so you can find space for everything you need to haul (diapers, bottles, wipes, change of clothes, keys, cell phone, etc.) Being a germ freak, I scrubbed the bag top to bottom when it first arrived and found it very easy to clean. The straps are slightly padded, which helps since you can fit so much into it. Overall, we are very pleased with this item.
